HISTORY

Compound Records was founded as a brick & mortar in the San Francisco Bay Area by the world reowned DJ’s known as Flux & Rinse in 1997, and was known as the first strictly drum & bass record store on the west coast of the United States.

in the year 2000 rinse and flux collaborate with Marcus Lalario to open Compound Records Seattle. slantooth takes ownership of the brand in 2002.
